If we're meaning those stupid medicine in bubble things, I LOATHE those stupid things.

I typically just use a knife to cut the foil on the bottom if I'm somewhere with the thing and a knife.

Sadly, I think the difficulty with making a tool would be the vastly-different pill sizes.
