It's funny, lately in my searching online, I've found a lot of government reports or classic very old and rare monographs turned into pdfs for open access that should have been purchased in hard copy for our lab's library, but haven't for one reason or another. Every time I find one, I send it to our librarian, who prints it, binds it, and puts it on the shelf.
