Web designers and front end devs who don't have a functionality-first attitude need a new career, or they need to do work on art projects instead of usable websites. My whole session basically boils down to "look at all these awesome things you can do with WAI-ARIA, but look at all of these terrible things you can do with WAI-ARIA, so please use it, but pretty please with sugar on top only use it mindfully -- read the documentation!"
